Summer Camp!
Summer Camp 2009!
Policies and Procedures:
1. Due to the high demand and limited spaces for each camp, each sale will be considered final.
2. There are no make-ups or refunds for absences, whether caused by student illness, behavioral dismissal, or unforeseeable instances not within the control of Color Me Happy or Artsy (such as acts of nature, etc).
3. Patrons who drop a camp will receive a 50% store credit (gift cards) if notification is received at least 15 business days before the camp starts. There are no refunds for camps dropped less than 15 business days before it begins.
4. Camps must have at least 3 students in attendance for the camp to run. If less than 3 are registered, the patron will be notified the week before. The patron has the option to transfer the child into another camp, attend the camp from 10am-11am, or receive a refund in store credit, (this option is only available if the camp in question is the original registered and not subject to transferred camps.)
5. Color me happy and Artsy are not responsible for any projects not completed due to behavioral problems or absences.
6. Patrons are encouraged to dress your children in older play clothes. Color me happy and Artsy are not responsible for any damage to clothing.
7. Students are not allowed to bring toys, stuffed animals, cell phones, ipods, etc., to camp. Color me happy and Artsy are not responsible for the loss or damage to any items brought to camp and will confiscate any such items to be returned at the end of camp.
8. No student should be dropped off earlier than 10 minutes before camp. Any student not picked up 15 minutes after camp is finished will be charged a late fee of $5 per child per 10 minutes late.
9. Snacks will be provided. If your child has allergies the patron should pack a small snack in a bag labeled with the child’s name, for each day.
10. Patrons will be notified of when he/she can pick-up their student’s finished projects. After three months Color me happy and Artsy are not responsible for any projects left, such projects will become property of the studios.
11. Parents are encouraged to drop-off/pick up their child from camp. If you must wait for your child, please wait in the waiting area until camp is over.
